New book by Yevgeniy Naumovich (PhD) - second issue of IEn's Monographs

In April 2019 there was published the monograph of researcher from IEn's Department of High Temperature Electrochemical Processes Yevgeniy Naumovich entitled: Quantitative description of oxygen non-stoichiometry in mixed ionic and electronic conductors based on a non-ideal solution approach. It's the second issue of IEn's Monographs.

The monograph published last week discusses the theoretical approach for quantitative description of the oxygen non-stoichiometry of the complex oxides with mixed ionic and electronic conductivity. Dr. Naumovich has proposed and applied unique model to simulate non-stoichiometry using non-ideal solution approached. It aids in selection of materials with diverse levels of complexity of crystal structure, from cubic perovskites to Ruddlesden-Popper A4B3O10-d ferrites, including the practically-important lanthanum-strontium cobaltites, and molybdenum-doped strontium ferrites for solid oxide electrochemical cells.
