Description

Goal: The project aims to conduct experimental and numerical research on electrochemical, mass transport, and energy processes in a high-temperature reactor formed by combining a molten carbonate fuel cell (MCFC) and a solid oxide electrolysis cell (SOEC). By supplying steam directly into the channels corresponding to the electrodes during the common reactor operation, a series of reactions accompanying the carbon dioxide conversion can be expected.
