On 22-24 November in Kazimierz Dolny, the 10th Technical Conference “New Model of Energy” was held, organized by the Nowa Energia Publishing House.
The NME conference is an annual event that gathers representatives of the most important players in the energy sector, including representatives of energy concerns and companies implementing contracts for the power and heating sectors, the R[&]D environment, scientific units, central administration, and law firms.
The discussion panels of the conference were attended by the Director of the Institute of Energy, prof. Jakub Kupecki (MAIN DISCUSSION PANEL: CONVENTIONAL ENERGY, HYDROGEN, RES (OFFSHORE, PV), ENERGY STORAGE – PANACEUM FOR A NEW ENERGY MODEL? ROLE IN CREATING A NEW ENERGY MODEL and THEMATIC DISCUSSION PANEL: NUCLEAR ENERGY) and Dr. Paweł Bocian from the Thermal Processes Department (THEMATIC DISCUSSION PANEL: A NEW MODEL OF HEATING – NEW CHALLENGES FOR HEATING).
