On 7th February 2023, Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment Małgorzata Golińska approved the list of winners of the 10th edition of the "GreenEvo - Green Technology Accelerator" programme. The list of solutions recommended for support includes the technology of the Institute of Power Engineering entitled A stack of solid oxide electrochemical (SOC) cells as a hydrogen or electricity generation device.

Since November 2022, independent industry experts have evaluated competition applications. The experts from the Ministry of Climate and Environment and the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management selected the solutions recommended for support.
