The project, “Investigation of the effect of surface modification and fuel electrode composition on the efficiency of carbon dioxide and water vapor co-electrolysis in solid oxide electrochemical cells and on their degradation rate and mechanism,” was awarded and received funding under the SONATA 19 competition organized by the National Science Center (NCN).

The project will be carried out under the direction of Anna Niemczyk, PhD, at the Center for Hydrogen Technologies (CTH2) of the Energy Institute - National Research Institute.

SONATA is a prestigious competition that supports innovative research conducted by young scientists, allowing them to carry out pioneering research projects. The awarding of this grant is a great honor and motivation for further work.
