On September 5-7, 2023 the XXII Economic Forum was held in Karpacz. The motto of this year's edition was "New values of the Old Continent – Europe on the verge of change". Over 470 accompanying events took place during the forum. The participants were the most important people in the country and in the region: leaders of politics, economy, local government, prominent representatives of the world of culture and science.

On July 2-6, 2023, Lyon hosted the international conference XVIII Conference [&] Exhibition of the European Ceramic Society. The guests were experts related to ceramics - scientists, engineers, technology suppliers. It was also a meeting place between science and industry and a space for young scientists. During the conference 13 Scientific Symposia were held as well as the Career Fair and the ECerS Society School dedicated to young scientists who presented the results of their research and achievements in the field of ceramics.

On 31.05-02.06.2023, in Słok near Bełchatów a scientific and technical conference „The role of conventional units in the era of evolution of the energy sector” was held. Conference was organized by PGE GiEK S.A. Bełchatów Power Plant Branch and SEP Circle at PGE GiEK S.A. Bełchatów Power Plant Branch, which was devoted to the directions of development of energy regions and the role of conventional energy in the face of the development of a low-emission economy in Poland.
