- The Power Engineering Institute - National Research Institute - Laboratory of Environmental Interactions and Surge Protection (hereinafter referred to as EOS) carries out measurements as specified in the Offers/Order, within the scope agreed with the Employer.

- The subject of the services is research work consisting of the measurements listed in the Bid/Order.

- The Principal has the opportunity to familiarize himself with the research methods and is informed of the confidentiality and impartiality of the services performed.

- The scope of accreditation of the EOS unit, i.e. the scope of measurements is published on the website of the Polish Accreditation Center: https://www.pca.gov.pl; Accreditation number AB 252.

- The service order should include: data of the Ordering Party for issuing an invoice data for contact regarding the order (r. phone, email).

- The Ordering Party receives a Contract or Order Review form containing substantive, organizational and financial data on the order. The client is informed to confirm the form.

- Payment for the measurements should be made in the form of a transfer to the bank account of the Power Engineering Institute specified on the invoice issued for the performance of the service by the agreed date or in the form of payment at the Institute's cash desk.

- The invoice shall be issued upon completion of the Tests/Examinations performed and preparation of the Test Report/Report.

- Complaints about measurements should be addressed to the Unit Manager.

- EOS ensures that it is free from commercial, financial pressures that would compromise impartiality.

- EOS is responsible for managing all information from the client and guarantees the confidentiality of the results and interests of the Client.

- The administrator of the personal data obtained in connection with the correspondence is the Power Engineering Institute, based in Warsaw at 8 Mory St. Personal data will be processed on the basis of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the EU Council of April 27, 2016. (RODO) in order to carry out the statutory and statutory tasks of the Power Engineering Institute (details of the processing rules are available at https://ien.com.pl/rodo).

- The Principal's personal data will be processed only to the extent necessary for the Power Engineering Institute to carry out commercial cooperation at all stages (in particular, for the purpose of: execution of orders/orders/contracts for the provision of services in the field of laboratory activities, issuance of invoices and investigation of claims).
