Information for contracting

1. The client should provide an order with a clearly defined scope of the performance of the service, in which it specifies, among others:

• the scope of test supervision (scope of inspection), including: the name and manufacturer of the product; the name of the test; the number, date of issue and point of the normative document according to which the
• tests are to be carried out; the place where the tests are to be carried out (name and address of the laboratory); the date or schedule of the tests; information on the type of test equipment and on the calibration
• status of the measuring equipment,
• details of the client for issuing the invoice,
• details of a contact person to supervise the testing.

2. The laboratory in which the supervised tests are performed should meet the applicable requirements of the current PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025, subject standards.
3. The performance of the service will be confirmed by the issuance of an Inspection Report.
