What is the Electric Division?
The Electrical Division is one of the four divisions of the Central Unit of the Power Engineering Institute - National Research Institute in Warsaw. The Division consists of 3 units:
- EAO - Overvoltage Protection Automation and Environment Department
- EI - Insulation Department,
- EWM - High Power Department.
What does the Electrical Division do?
In the units included in the structure of the Electrical Division, research and development, research, measurement and expertise on electrical power equipment are carried out, as well as research to improve methods and criteria for assessing the quality of insulation of rotating windings of high-voltage electrical machinery.
