The Radiators and Fixtures Testing Laboratory is the only accredited and notified Laboratory in Poland carrying out the process of assessing the performance characteristics (AVCP) of central heating radiators according to the harmonised standard PN-EN 442-1:2015-02 in System 3, in accordance with the Delegated Regulation of the European Commission (EU) No 568/2014 of 18.02.2014 to the Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC.

Test reports from the Power Engineering Institute - National Research Institute entitle manufacturers to issue a mandatory Declaration of Functional Properties in order to allow central heating radiators to be marketed in the domestic and European markets under the CE marking.
